1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using RevenuePilot, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
RevenuePilot is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides:
- Multi-platform revenue analytics (Stripe, Razorpay, and more)
- Real-time revenue tracking and fee breakdowns
- Transaction history and export capabilities
- Revenue insights and analytics dashboards
RevenuePilot connects to your payment platforms using secure OAuth (read-only access). We do not process payments or have access to withdraw funds from your accounts.
3. Subscription & Billing
3.1 Free Trial
- Duration: 14 days
- No Credit Card Required: We do not collect payment information during trial
- Full Access: All features available during trial period
- Trial Expiration: Access is restricted after trial ends unless you subscribe
3.2 Paid Subscription
- Pricing: ₹750/month (approximately $9 USD)
- Billing Cycle: Monthly recurring
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- Payment Method: Credit/debit cards via Razorpay
3.3 Beta Pricing Lock
Early Adopter Benefit: The first 100 subscribers (beta users) are locked at ₹750/month forever, even if we raise prices in the future. This pricing guarantee applies as long as you maintain an active subscription.
3.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing for new subscribers. Existing subscribers (including beta users) will be notified 30 days in advance of any price changes.
4. Account Registration & Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Not share your account with others
- Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or bypass security measures
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Interfere with other users' access to the service
- Use the service to store or transmit illegal content
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
RevenuePilot and all related materials (code, design, logos, content) are owned by Shrikant Dange and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Data: You retain ownership of your revenue data. We only access it to provide analytics services and never sell or share it with third parties (except as required by law).
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RevenuePilot for the duration of your subscription.
7. Limitation of Liability
RevenuePilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee:
- 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
- Error-free operation
- Accuracy of third-party data from payment platforms
Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Third-party service outages (Stripe, Razorpay, Supabase, etc.)
8. Termination
8.1 By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
8.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms and Conditions
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Fail to pay subscription fees (after 7-day grace period)
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
10. Dispute Resolution
Before pursuing legal action, we encourage you to contact us at support@revenuepilot.me to resolve disputes informally.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of RevenuePilot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
