1. Free Trial Period
14-Day Free Trial: All new users get 14 days to try RevenuePilot with full access to all features.
- No Credit Card Required: We don't collect payment information during trial
- No Automatic Charges: Trial ends without any charges unless you actively subscribe
- No Refund Needed: Since we don't charge during trial, there's nothing to refund
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to RevenuePilot and are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first paid subscription.
2.1 Eligibility
- Available for first-time subscribers only
- Must be requested within 30 days of your initial subscription payment
- Full refund of the first month's subscription fee (₹750, approximately $9 USD)
- No questions asked - we want you to be happy
2.2 How to Request a Refund

- Your account email address
- Subscription start date (optional but helpful)
2.3 Refund Processing
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund Method: Issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card)
- Account Access: Access to RevenuePilot ends immediately after refund approval
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings:
- Log in to your RevenuePilot account
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
3.2 What Happens After Cancellation
- Immediate Effect: Cancellation is confirmed immediately
- Access Until End of Billing Period: You retain full access until the end of your current billing cycle
- No Pro-rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months (except during 30-day guarantee)
- Data Retention: Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate
3.3 Reactivation
You can reactivate your subscription at any time. If you reactivate within 30 days, your previous data and settings will be restored. After 30 days, you'll start fresh with a new account.
4. No Refunds After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day money-back guarantee period, all subscription fees are non-refundable.
Why? The 14-day free trial + 30-day money-back guarantee gives you 44 days total to evaluate RevenuePilot risk-free. This is more than enough time to determine if the service meets your needs.
However, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Service Outages
If RevenuePilot experiences significant downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours), we will automatically issue pro-rated credits or refunds for the affected period.
5.2 Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error:
- Contact us immediately at support@revenuepilot.me
- We will investigate and issue a full refund if the error is confirmed
- Refunds for billing errors are processed within 3-5 business days
5.3 Exceptional Cases
For exceptional circumstances not covered by this policy (e.g., medical emergencies, unforeseen hardships), please contact us. We handle these cases individually and may offer refunds or credits at our discretion.
6. Beta Pricing Lock & Refunds
If you are a beta user (first 100 subscribers) with locked pricing at ₹750/month:
- The 30-day money-back guarantee still applies to your first payment
- If you cancel and lose your beta pricing lock, we cannot restore it if you reactivate later
- Consider this carefully before canceling during the beta period
7. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Refund requested after the 30-day money-back guarantee period
- Account termination due to violations of our Terms of Service
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle (you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges)
- Change of mind after using the service for more than 30 days
- Issues caused by third-party services (Stripe, Razorpay outages)
- User error or misunderstanding of features (we offer support to help you)
8. Chargeback Policy
Important: If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- We will provide evidence of service delivery to the payment processor
- Chargebacks incur additional fees that we may pass on to you if they are found to be fraudulent
